On May 5, 2023, the Ministry of Health of Vietnam promulgated Circular No. 09/2023/TT-BYT on amendments to Circular No. 14/2013/TT-BYT dated May 6, 2013.

According to the Circular, female workers are eligible for obstetric and gynecological examination during their periodic health checkups according to the list prescribed in Appendix 3b, including

• Obstetric and gynecological checkups
• Cervical cancer screening
• Breast cancer screening
•  Uterine adnexal ultrasound
