4. Processing Time: The DOLISA assesses the application and usually takes around 15 working days to process it. In some cases, it may take longer.

5. Approval and Fee Payment: If the application is approved, the employer will receive an approval letter and must pay the work permit fee.

6. Work Permit Issuance: Once the fee is paid, the employer can collect the work permit at the DOLISA.

7. Registration: Within 30 days of receiving the work permit, the employer must register the foreign employee with the local immigration authorities.
